Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, opened products, and damaged items due to mishandling or improper storage are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).

  3. Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided with the RAN clearly marked.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
