Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, opened products, and damaged items due to mishandling or improper storage are not eligible for return.

Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN).
Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided with the RAN clearly marked.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods).
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
